I recently spent a week at the Riverside and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's exceptional standards that far exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the concierge Louis, whose accommodating demeanor made a lasting impression, especially after an initial unpleasant experience with another receptionist. Despite my room facing a busy road, I found it to be remarkably soundproof, allowing for restful sleep in the extraordinarily comfortable bed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like QPAC, and the complimentary parking was a delightful bonus. I must also commend the restaurant staff-though busy, they remained attentive and friendly, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The Riverside is a gem that combines superb service, comfort, and a prime location, making it a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.
